High-pressure washing on render can cause damage. We use softwashing — a low-pressure application of specialist cleaning solution that kills organic growth at the root. Algae, moss, lichen and grime are treated, loosened and rinsed away safely.

Treatment: Specialist brick & masonry detergent with controlled pressure rinse
Brick and natural stone are porous and absorb dirt, pollution and algae over time. We use targeted masonry cleaning solutions that break down ingrained grime without etching or weakening the surface, restoring the original tone and texture.

Treatment: Hot/cold pressure wash + biocide treatment + kiln-dried sand re-pointing
We power wash to strip away years of built-up dirt, oil stains, moss and algae — then apply a biocide treatment to kill remaining spores. Where block paving has lost jointing sand, we re-sand with kiln-dried sand and compact it to a solid finish.

Blocked gutters cause water overflow and damp issues. We clear gutters of all debris using a specialist vacuum system from ground level, then flush to confirm free-flowing drainage. Fascias and soffits are washed with UPVC cleaning solution to remove green algae staining.
